Ziibaakdakaan means "sugar bush" in Ojibwe The Chippewas of Nawash have produced maple syrup for feasting, ceremony and trade at this exact location for centuries. Today, Ziibaakdakaan Maple provides employment opportunities for community members, and supports Cape Croker Park in Neyaashiinigmiing, Ontario. We are excited to be reviving our traditions, and to be sharing our heritage with you!
